In January 2019, Rocker B Ranch, in conjunction with Pop’s Gym, hosted a health & fitness retreat which guided women to living a healthier and happier lifestyle. This included a wide variety of breakout sessions such as: debunking nutritional myths, personal fitness goal setting, yoga and meditation sessions, barre classes, high intensity interval training, weightlifting technique, salsa dancing lessons, and cooking classes. The optional sessions allowed guests to pick and choose the classes and seminars that interested them while also leaving time to relax and enjoy the ranch.
